DRINKS INDUSTRY TRADE SHOW FOR 2015 ANNOUNCED Kicking off on August 17-18, next year, Glebe Island’s Sydney Exhibition Centre will be hosting a new and exciting industry trade exhibition titled ‘The Drinks Industry Show’. The exhibition will be aimed at connecting producers and distributors of alcoholic beverages, with buyers from bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, liquor stores and catering companies. The trade show aims to achieve this through tastings, educational seminars, mixology demonstrations ABSINTHE TASTING AT GILT LOUNGE To celebrate the re-introduction of Green Fairy’s Applesinth cocktail, members of the trade were treated to an absinthe-inspired tasting at the QT Sydney Hotel Gilt Lounge last Tuesday. Invigorating the historic anise-flavoured spirit with a fresh twist for summer, Applesinth cocktails comprise of Green Fairy, cloudy apple juice and lemonade.
