The Advantage benchmarking program runs in 38 countries around the world, across Liquor, Grocery and many other channels. The research measures retailer perceptions of suppliers and supplier perceptions of retailers. Of the world’s Top 30 FMCG Companies, 29 are partners in the Advantage program, and 19 of the world’s Top 20 Retailers participate. Our mission is simple; we believe we can assist to build better businesses by helping all our clients develop successful relationships for better commercial outcomes. Advantage and the drinks association are now entering our 6th year in partnering on the Trade Survey in Australia. This annual program, split over two sections, aims to provide valuable business insight into how the respective business partners view the total organisational capabilities of the businesses’ relationship model, bringing greater clarity to the needs of business, often lost in the day-to-day cut and thrust of commercial relationships. The Main program for suppliers reports from September. The Mirror program for retailers reports from May. The program components for the drinks association and its members, covers feedback from a diverse mix of On-Premise, Off-Trade and Outlet level business partners. The Liquor Industry Feedback Programme is run by Advantage Group, the world’s leading Research Company in this field.
